2 sweet potatoes, scrubbed clean
3 tablespoons vegan butter, melted
2 teaspoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt and pepper mix
Preheat oven to 375˚F.
Place potatoes on center rack in oven and bake for about 1 hour or until soft in center when pierced with a wooden pick.
Set potatoes aside for a few minutes until cool enough to handle. Peel away skin and place potatoes in a bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and mash with a potato masher until smooth and serve immediately.
Note: Video has been made previously and was designed for only 2 servings. If you are not vegan, simply use regular butter instead of vegan butter.
